About Vickie

Vickie is an experienced yoga practitioner, who started practicing three decades ago at the Life Centre in Notting Hill. Having always been very athletic, the journey to yoga commenced through a series of injuries which meant she was no longer able to take part in her usual activities. The practice promised to heal the injuries and at the same time maintain a healthy and

strong body. Through this healing journey, she discovered that the practice offered so much more both in terms of the physical and spiritual benefits.

Having relocated to New York City in 2011, she achieved her 200-hour yoga Teacher Training certificate, plus qualified as a Hot Power yoga teacher and gained a 3-month yoga mentorship with the yogi KK Clivio. Teaching at Pure Yoga in New York city before moving back to the UK in 2014.

Vickie has been teaching group classes as well as private clients since 2016, and she continues to explore ongoing educational opportunities, including an ongoing course in Guided Meditation (a method developed in South Korea in 1996), as well as completing several workshops on Breathwork, and a 4-module course in Understanding the Tibetan Book of the Dead.

Vickie is also a qualified EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) trainer and offers private sessions in her studio.
